Party Cove XXX was started in 2001 by the biggest Party Cove Fanatic of them all... Mr Happy.
Mr. Happy is widely known as having the wildest action at Party Cove take place on his boat. He lives for Party Cove, works for Party Cove, and when he dies he wants his ashes sprinkled across Party Cove. You've seen Mr. Happy on such boats as "The Funatic", "It Wasn't Me", and "The Uninvited Guest". He currently has a 46 foot HouseBoat.
Mr. Happy and his web designer develop, design, and maintain the Party Cove XXX web site as well as PartyCovePics.Com and PartyCoveVideos.Com. He also produces all of the videos and DVD's by Party Naked Videos. We are also developing several sites for some of our favorite Party Cove Hotties so they can make some extra $$$.

You'll never see Mr. Happy without a camera in one hand a drink or cigarette in the other. As you can see he lives a very difficult life so when you see him next time at the cove give him a break and flash for him!
The Mission and Goal of Party Cove XXX is to continue to have a great time at Party Cove and at the same time develop the #1 web site for all Party Covers to visit and check up on friends, family, neighbors, wives and girlfriends. We haven't seen our site break up any relationships yet, but it's only a matter of time!
